Denis Riordan, Independent candidate, of Clonconane, Redgate, Limerick, is a Lecturer at Limerick Institute of Technology. Riordan is standing for election in order to restore honour, integrity and probity to the government of our Country.

The main instrument in achieving these goals is our Constitution, the sacred charter and supreme law of our State. This Constitution is now being undermined and destroyed. Riordan believes that the failure to uphold the Constitution as the foundation stone of the State and to protect the common good are the rocks on which we will perish - look around you and see what is happening to society.
