Two tantalising films will be premiering at Dublin’s Savoy Cinema over the next week.
Bryan Cranston, one of the busiest of characters actors, is in town next Friday for a Jameson Dublin International Film Festival screening of Ben Affleck’s much anticipated Argo.
On Tuesday, the ubiquitous Chris O’Dowd trots up the red carpet for an unveiling of The Sapphires, a charming comedy about an indigenous Australian soul group in the 1960s.
A limited number of tickets for Argo – a satirical drama involving the 1979 Iranian hostage crisis – are available from the festival website, www.jdiff.com.
