What’s the scéal at TG4?

Another excellent initiative has been announced for film-makers eager to work in the national tongue

Another excellent initiative has been announced for film-makers eager to work in the national tongue. Sponsored by the hard-working folk at TG4, the Scéal initiative encourages writers and directors to adapt a story from literature or folklore into a 30-minute (or so) Irish-language movie.

Following on from the successful Síol and Údar projects, the scheme invites contributions from both seasoned professionals and those just dipping their toes in the business. Information at tg4.ie/sceal.
