What you've found . . .
One reader got in touch about the Butlers Chocolate Café at Dublin Airport. Because she pays €2.20 for a latte and €1.50 for a croissant at the Butlers on Nassau Street in Dublin, she was surprised when the airport branch charged her €2.80 for a latte and €2 for a croissant.
Butlers says it normally has two rates - one for takeaway, the other for sit-down - but that the airport branch charges only sit-down prices.
This is partly because most of its customers choose to sit down, it says, and partly because the layout of the airport branch makes it very difficult to differentiate between sit-down and takeaway customers.
