What you've found . . .
A reader from Ratoath, in Co Meath, got in touch about the price of body lotion. She was charged 6.95 for Revlon Dry Skin Relief by Boots in the Blanchardstown Centre. Almost next door, Roches Stores was selling it for €5.50. Roches was also a good choice for another reader, who bought a JML 60-piece rotary tool kit at Nutgrove Shopping Centre, in Rathfarnham, for 15.99.
He later saw it in a nearby Homebase for €23.99 - 50 per cent more. Clearly, shopping around can pay off.
