Collectors of pub memorabilia who remember the old Bailey on Duke Street prior to its present incarnation will be interested in tomorrow's auction of items salvaged from the premises when they were gutted two years ago. Conducted by Town & Country in its own salesrooms, the occasion includes a range of fittings and fixtures from the Bailey, together with approximately 140 prints and paintings, plus other decorative items. In addition, the auction, which starts at 2 p.m., will offer garden and reproduction furniture.
