Hamilton Osborne King's first sale of the year next Wednesday includes 18th, 19th and 20th century furniture, as well as silver, plate, books, pictures and prints.

The two top lots are probably, the Irish carved mahogany centre table at £2,000-£3,000 and a set of 12 mid-19th century mahogany dining chairs at the same price. There is also a set of six rosewood chairs at up to £1,500.
