Christie's, in conjunction with Hamilton Osborne King, will be holding an evening fine art seminar in Cork on Thursday, November 13th. The venue is the Harbour Room convention centre in Fitzpatrick's Hotel, where Desmond Fitzgerald, the Knight of Glin, will talk on Irish furniture, with side lights on Cork cabinet makers between 1750 and 1850, and Julia Korner will discuss maritime paintings from the 18th century to the present.
