The Last Dance: Live Concert Live**

Live albums are often hit-and- miss affairs, but the goalposts move when it's a band's last- ever gig that's been committed to tape. On this double-disc set of The Music's last shows in London and Leeds this summer, it's the latter recording that's most imposing. If the deafening singalongs are anything to go by, the quartet's entire back catalogue was adored by their hometown fans, despite the mediocre albums that followed 2002's brilliant eponymous debut. Tellings of Take the Long Road and Walk Itand The Danceare received as rapturously as their later releases, and Robert Harvey's divisive screech is as compelling as ever. As agreeable as these recordings are, however, it's hard to imagine anyone other than die-hard fans having their emotions stirred. See themusic.co.uk
