Michael Jackson has been placed top of this year’s list of highest-earning dead celebrities compiled by Forbes magazine. It claims that Jackson, who was placed third last year despite only being dead for four months, earned more this year than Madonna, Lady Gaga and Jay-Z put together. Elvis was placed second, earning $60 million, in comparison to Jackson’s whopping $275 million (€199 million).
