It's always nice when a legend comes to town

(even when he's not sure how to pronounce it: "Dooblin?"), and Booker T on his trusty Hammond (and on vocals and guitar for a few numbers) and his accomplished band didn't disappoint at The Village on Tuesday, bringing such classics as Green Onions, Time Is Tight,a nicely laid-back version of Outkast's Hey Ya!and joyous highlight of the night Soul Limboto a smiling crowd.
