The Guinness Sit Down/ Stand Up Comedy Festival kicks off in Vicar Street, Dublin, tomorrow night with Kevin McAleer, Dara O'Briain and Joe Rooney performing; on Thursday night it's Simon Day (from BBC2's The Fast Show) with Simon Munnerry, who will be presenting his Alan Parker: Urban Warrior character as well as his do-not-miss League Against Tedium alter-ego; on Friday night it's the guys from Channel 4's Gas featuring Lee Mack, Chris Addisson, Julian Barratt and Noel Fielding; on Saturday night there's Dylan Moran, Barry Murphy, John Henderson and Eddie Bannon.
