The marvellous Coleraine band Catchers release the follow-up to their 1994 debut Mute, Stooping To Fit. With string arrangements by Nick Drake sidekick Robert Kirby, expect a gorgeous, glorious record.

And a big fanfare for the fifth Divine Comedy album Fin De Siecle, which includes a Diana song. (go on Neil, be the first to say something intelligent about her).

Absolutely nothing to do with The General . . . Marvellous trad duo Martin Hayes & Dennis Cahill play Temple Bar Music Centre next Wednesday, July 29th. Not Martin Cahill, as In Dublin billed the act.
