I live in Kildare and commute to Sandyford Industrial Estate every day. In the past few months, and in particular with the opening of the new section of the M50, I've seen Sandyford change from a reasonably busy estate to a gridlocked daily nightmare. What makes it even scarier is that there are several large office blocks nearing completion within the estate. How can the powers that be allow more office blocks to be built in an already overflowing industrial area without making sure that the infrastructure is in place to take care of all the extra traffic?
