The Wexford Food Fair launches next Wednesday at 4pm in White’s Hotel, with a food-hall experience where visitors can enjoy free tastings and samples of Wexford-produced seafood, cheese, breads, cured meats and dairy products.

Celebrity chefs Neven Maguire and Phelim Byrne will be doing cookery demonstrations of their signature dishes, using local produce, at 8pm. Tickets for this, priced €20, are available from Wexford Arts Centre and Wexford Insurances. See wexfordfoodfair.ie
