Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli – blitzed in a food processor until it resembles fine crumbs
- Good knob butter or coconut oil
- 100ml water
- plenty of salt & pepper

In a saucepan, melt the butter/coconut oil before adding the water and the broccoli crumbs.
Cook gently for three minutes over a medium to high heat, stirring regularly to help the water evaporate. Season well before serving. And if you like, add another knob of butter.
