Ingredients
- <br /><strong>Tartare</strong>2 tsp wasabi paste
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 500g super-fresh tuna and salmon fillet, finely diced<strong>Sauce</strong>Large bunch coriander
- Large bunch mint
- 2 spring onions
- 1 green chilli
- Big knob of ginger, grated
- 2tbsp sesame oil
- Juice 2 limes
- Squeeze of honey<strong>To Garnish</strong>2 tsp sesame seeds
- Edible flowers
Marinate the fish in the wasabi, lime juice, and sesame oil; the juice will “cook” the flesh and turn it opaque. Next, blitz the ingredients for the sauce in a blender and season really well. Just before serving, mix the two together. Garnish with sesame seeds and edible flowers.
