Do you think you have a healthy lifestyle?
Overall I try to lead an active and healthy lifestyle. It's definitely something I'm conscious of. Having a healthy body and mind is the key to happiness and success. I work in Dublin but live in Galway, which can have its challenges, but I work with a good team and we have great initiatives.
How often do you exercise?
Three mornings a week I hit the gym at 6am for a 45-minute workout. I keep in shape with spinning classes, abs and cardio workouts. Getting in an early workout is a great way to start the day with a clear mind and extra energy. At the weekend I love to get out in the fresh sea air to walk the prom in Galway. Living beside the sea is one of the greatest amenities you could ever have.
Do you get your five fruit and vegetables a day?
I start the day with a bowl of porridge and fresh fruit, which I find is a clever way to get in one or two of the recommended five a day. I try to eat healthily and have a balanced diet but at the weekend I allow myself to indulge.
Do you worry?
I think we all have our own worries but it's important to put things into perspective. There's the old saying, "a problem shared is a problem halved", and I firmly believe this is true.
What do you do to relax?
Surrounding myself with the greatest people in the world – my family and friends – is the best way to relax and enjoy life. I've also become really interested in photography so getting out with my camera is a great way to switch off. I am keen to support the arts and try to get to exhibitions whenever I can.
What's your worst habit?
Never saying "no" is probably my worst habit but it's something I'm trying to improve on. I know it's important to have time to myself too.
