Do you think you have a healthy lifestyle? I make an effort to be fit and healthy. It's important to set a good example for the kids and make sure they understand the importance of being healthy and looking after yourself.
How often do you exercise? With all the football on at the moment, I've had to change my routine a bit, but I aim for a minimum of an hour's exercise, seven days a week. I do five days of intense training during the week, which usually consists of a run and a workout at my brother's Celtic Warrior boxing gym. At the weekend I take it easier and go for a long walk with my wife, Caroline. Do you get your five fruit and vegetables a day? Yes. I'm a strong believer in the benefits of five a day. I get all my fruit in first thing in the morning. My breakfast is usually berries, mandarin and banana mixed with Greek yogurt and 85 per cent dark chocolate. Do you worry? The only time I remember ever being worried is when my wife had a bit of a health scare, but I've no worries now. I'm known as "no problem" because that's my response to everything. If the roof is caving in, we can all grab a corner and put it back up. No problem.
What do you do to relax? I love winding down over a nice meal with Caroline. I usually have a pint of Guinness with a meal and an Irish coffee for dessert. We turn our phones off and just chat. It's a great way to relax.
What's your worst habit? Sometimes I don't listen. I butt in to try to change the conversation when I am disinterested and I don't realise I'm doing it.
