Finnegan Menton is seeking about £1.2 million for a commercial development site at Walkinstown Avenue, Dublin 12, which is for sale by private treaty. The high profile site of 0.66 of an acre has full planning permission for a two-storey car showrooms and repair shop over a basement car-park. The ground floor of the building would have 1,107 sq ft, enabling it to accommodate 14 cars. The planning provides for a glazed display area for cars at first-floor level overlooking Walkinstown Avenue. There is also planning consent for two industrial units to the rear with a total of 7,000 sq ft. The site is located close to the junction of the Longmile road.
Finnegan Menton is also seeking an office tenant for a Georgian house at 19 Fitzwilliam Place. The agency expects to secure a rent of over £20 per sq ft for 2,925 sq ft on all floors except the basement.
