A retail and office investment at the junction of St Patrick's Road and Castle Street in Dalkey, Co Dublin, goes to auction. Donal O'Neill of DTZ Sherry FitzGerald is quoting a guideline price of £1.5 million for the year-old building, which is producing a rental income of £103,500 from two shops and a self-contained office unit at both ground and first floors. The retail units of 500 sq. ft and 1,000 sq. ft are let as a restaurant and a wine shop while the office accommodation is let to Euristix Ltd, a telecommunications computer software company.
