Lisney is likely to secure in excess of £1.5 million for 11.25 acres of land at Jobstown Road, Tallaght, Dublin 24, which is to be sold by tender on May 21st. The land, which adjoins Mountainview housing estate, is zoned for commercial use but it is likely to be used for housing. About 10 houses per acre are expected to be allowed on the land, which is about a mile from The Square Shopping Centre.
