Finnegan Menton expects to secure in excess of £100,000 for the leasehold interest in a double retail unit at Northside Shopping Centre in Coolock, Dublin 5. The 2,360 sq ft shop is currently occupied by Hickey Fabrics at a rent of £70,000 per annum. The lease has another 10 years to run. Hickeys plan to relocate to a larger retail warehouse in the nearby Northside Retail Park.

Northside Shopping Centre is currently trading well with Dunnes Stores and Superquinn as anchors. There are 71 further shop units.
