Another indication of the uplift taking place in Dublin office rents comes with the letting of part of the third floor of Park House, at North Circular Road, Dublin 7. The American-based multinational Epicor Software Corporation is to pay a rent of £15 per sq ft for 5,200 sq ft on the third floor of the 1970s block, which was originally developed by PMPA. Space in Park House and other buildings in secondary locations has been making a rent of around £9 per sq ft in recent years but with little accommodation available in the city, rents have been steadily moving up over the past two years. Most of the 115,000 sq ft in Park House is occupied by Government departments and Compaq.
