Two weeks after a Georgian office investment on Dublin's Merrion Square made a record £3.8 million, there are indications that other owners may avail of the strong market to unload this type of property. Gunne Commercial is quoting a guide price of £2.25 million for a Georgian investment, Stoker Hall, at 16 Harcourt Street. The sale-and-lease-back is being handled on behalf of architects Frank Crowley and Partners, which occupy the ground and first floors. The other floors and a mews house are let to four other tenants on short leases. The rent roll is £109,200 but Alex Walsh of the agents says that the full market rent should be around £160,000.
