One of Dublin's best known restaurants, "Le Coq Hardi", at 35 Pembroke Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, is expected to make around £2.5 million (€3.17m) when it is sold by tender next month through Finnegan Menton. The 4,800 sq ft building is being sold along with its furniture, equipment and fittings. As well as being of interest to restaurateurs, it could also be bought for business use, as an embassy or a medical centre. It has parking for up to 15 cars at the front.
