The station trades under the Maxol name and recent figures suggest annual sales of 5 million litres of petrol. The property also includes a Centra grocery store, with sales last year of £1.4 million. A sub-lease of a premises for a tyre centre, a banklink machine and advertising sineage produce an income of £13,250. The overall rent on the business is £65,000 per annum. The station is located opposite Artane Castle Shopping Centre, on Ardmore Road, which runs between Malahide Road and Collins Avenue.
