Green Property Co seems to have got its timing right with its latest office scheme at the junction of Hatch Street and Harcourt Street in Dublin 2. The former ACC headquarters, currently being redeveloped at a cost of £8 million, is due to be completed next October, in time to meet pent up demand for high quality space.
Green bought the block for £12 million and subsequently got planning permission to enlarge it to provide over 70,000 sq ft of lettable space. Architects Gilroy McMahon handled the redevelopment of the block, which is to be let either to one or more tenants. There will be on-site parking for 72 cars.
