A year-old warehouse building of 55,000 sq ft at Parkwest Business Park at Nangor Road, Dublin 12, has been sold through Lambert Smith Hampton for £4.75 million. The price equates to £86 a sq ft, probably a record for the area. The vendor was a private investor. Walsh Western occupied the building for a short period. The same agent is quoting over £2.2 million for a 38,000 sq ft warehouse facility in Cookstown Industrial Estate at Belgard Road, Dublin 24.
