Forty-seven units in the final phase of Heath Square, a new mixed residential development close to Finglas village, go on sale this weekend through Hooke & MacDonald. Prices start from £149,950 (€190,436) for the two-bedroom apartments.
On completion, Heath Square will comprise 72 residential units to include two bedroom townhouses, three bedroom end houses, three bedroom duplex houses and two-bedroom ground floor apartments. The first phase of 25 houses and apartments sold last October and the development will be completed by June of this year.
Heath Square fronts on to McKee Avenue with additional frontage on North Road.
