The same agent withdrew Tommy Maloney's Bar/Restaurant/Nightclub at Rathangan, Co Kildare, and is quoting £xxx,xxx. The property is a licensed premises beside the Canal with development potential.
Over nine acres of agricultural land beside Woodpark Stud at Beggstowsn, Dunboyne, Co Meath, has been sold for £92,000 by Hamilton Osborne King. The land is near the N3, M50, and the Clonee bypass. Meanwhile, 25 St Mary's Road, Galway, a seven-bed two storey property, was withdrawn at £160,000 by Rooney auctioneers.
In Granard, Co Longford, Hourican's pub was withdrawn at auction at £200,000, and was under negotiation. Agents McDonagh, Casey & Co expect it to be sold for a higher figure.
