Robert Neill's Duke House company is planning to spend £6 million on the refurbishment and extension of the Janelle Shopping Centre in Finglas, Dublin 11. The company is awaiting planning permission for 46,000 square feet of retail warehousing and a drive-through restaurant beside the car-park. It is also hoping to add another 20,000 square feet of retail space. There are plans to amalgamate and extend several existing units to accommodate a second anchor tenant.
