In Castleknock, Dublin 15, Oakridge House, on White's Road, a detached six-bedroom house on one acre of superb gardens, has been sold by private treaty through Lisney for a figure believed to be close to £900,000. It was withdrawn from auction earlier this year. Elsewhere in north Dublin, a two-bedroom terraced house at 49 Innisfallen Parade, Dublin 7, made £94,000 through Lisney.
A detached four-bedroom house at 29 Seacourt, St Gabriel's Road, Clontarf, made £365,000 through Sherry FitzGerald.
In Oldtown, Co Dublin, a cottage on 51 acres was sold at auction by Ganly Craigie in two lots for a total of £400,000.
In Skerries, Co Dublin, a four-bedroom detached house at 53 Quay Street made £248,000 through Douglas Newman Good.

In Ballsbridge, 80 Merrion Road, a period house in six units with a mews house, fetched £1.4 million through Sherry FitzGerald. In Donnybrook, Sherry FitzGerald is seeking offers of £487,000 for a five-bedroom semi at 37 Nutley Lane after its withdrawal from auction.
A three-bedroom railway cottage at 278 Merrion Road was sold at a Gunne auction for £132,000.
Dublin 6 and 8
Sherry FitzGerald is seeking £385,000 for 63 Leinster Road, Rathmines, a five-bedroom house, following its withdrawal from auction at £350,000. In Terenure, a three-bed semi at 104 Rathdown Park made £335,000 through Sherry FitzGerald.
A mid-terrace four-bedroom house at 5 Longwood Avenue, Portobello, Dublin 8, was withdrawn at £300,000 by Douglas Newman Good, which is quoting £330,000. Also in Dublin 8, a single-storey house in five units at 39 Heytesbury Street was withdrawn at £230,000 by Douglas Newman Good, which is quoting £260,000. Nearby, 79 South Circular Road, three-bedroom house, made £270,000 through Douglas Newman Good.
South Dublin
In Foxrock, Daphne L. Kaye & Associates fetched £615,000 at auction for Norwood, a five-bedroom detached house on Leopardstown Road. A four-bedroom end of terrace house at 11 Belgrave Road, Monkstown, was sold at a Sherry FitzGerald auction for £450,000. A detached five-bedroom house, Ardeevin, on Sandycove Avenue West, Sandycove, was withdrawn by James Adam, which is quoting £480,000.
Wicklow
Jackson-Stops McCabe is quoting £320,000 for 1 Glenbrook Park, Delgany, a four-bedroom house, following its withdrawal at £300,000. In Newtownmountkennedy, Kilday Farm (Kehoes) on 70 acres, was withdrawn by joint agents A.S. Delahunt and Jackson Stops McCabe; quoting £650,000.

Near Balbriggan, Co Dublin, a The College Farm, with 209 acres at Hayestown, Dermotstown, was withdrawn at £2 million and is under negotiation through Cumiskey Cooke Scales. A 77-acre farm in Dunboyne, Co Meath was withdrawn at £525,000 and is under negotiation through Toole McKay.
A 24-acre non-residential farm at Springvalley, Summerhill, was sold at auction for £145,000 through Royal Auctioneers. In Kilcock, a lock keeper's cottage on 0.25 acres at Ferrans Lock, was withdrawn at £51,000 by Coonan. In Co Wexford, Linziestown, Tomhaggart, made £415,000 at auction through joint agent Jackson-Stops McCabe and Warren Estates.
In Co Clare, Costello Estate Agents sold a 35-acre peninsula at Muckinish Island, Ballyvaughan, at auction for £360,000
In Co Galway, 3.86 acres at Derryloughlan West, Furbo, was withdrawn by Smith & Co, which is quoting £80,000. F.B. Heaslip Ltd., sold two properties in Co Galway: a bungalow at Dublin Road, Tuam made £130,000; a bungalow at Taylor's Hill sold for £220,000.

In Dublin 1, a commercial/residential investment property at 57/58 Talbot Street and 1 and 2 Talbot Place fetched £1.3 million through James North & Co. In Dublin 7, Ryans public house in Parkgate Street, was withdrawn at £1,025,000 and sold later for about £1.25 million through John Younge.
A residential/investment property at 28 Charleston Road, Ranelagh, Dublin 6, fetched £620,000 through J.P. & M.Doyle.
In Rathfarnham, Dublin 14, a site with planning permission for a 1,300 sq ft house at 19 The Glen, Boden Park, made £98,500 through Sherry FitzGerald.
In Co Wicklow, Stepping Stones restaurant, Enniskerry, was withdrawn by Lisney at £350,000 and sold later for a higher figure.
Also in Co Wicklow, three sites at Parkview, Blessington, were sold at auction by J.P. & M. Doyle in three lots. Lot 1: planning permission for a split-level house sold for £86,000; Lot 2: planning permission for a detached bungalow sold for £74,000; Lot 3: planning permission for two semi-detached houses made £92,000.
