The four-storey buildings, which are being sold with vacant possession, are likely to be redeveloped for larger retail areas at street level with overhead offices.
Alternatively, the site could be used for a hotel given its location close to Busaras and Connolly Station. The site has access to an archway running on to Talbot Street. Although the retail area only comes to a total of 492 sq ft, the site at the rear extends to 1,830 sq. ft.
