Elsewhere in Co Wexford, a four-bedroom house on 1.5 acres with a three-bedroom apartment at Creagh Upper, Gorey, was withdrawn by joint agents Daphne L Kaye & Associates and Kinsella Estates, quoting about £350,000.

In Co Cork, The Shanakee public house at Market Street, Kinsale, was sold prior to auction by joint agents Cohalan Downing and Morrisseys.

Joint agents, Cohalan Downing and Brian O Leary sold The Star Bar pub in Rathmore, Co Kerry, at auction for £427,000.
