A three-storey building at 17 Selskar Street, Wexford, was sold at auction for £180,000 through Sherry FitzGeraldHaythorn thwaite.
In Kilmuckridge, Co Wexford, Boggans public house was withdrawn at £1.2 million and is under negotiation through Kehoe & Associates, which is quoting £1.5 million.
In Ferns, The Old Mill public house was withdrawn at £410,000 and is under negotiation through Arthur Quinn.
Elsewhere in Co Wexford, a four-bedroom house on 1.5 acres with a three-bedroom apartment at Creagh Upper, Gorey, was withdrawn by joint agents Daphne L Kaye & Associates and Kinsella Estates, quoting about £350,000.
Meanwhile, a site of just over a quarter of an acre beside the practice ground of Rosslare Golf Club, at Rosslare Strand, was sold at auction for £102,000 through William P Cleary.
In Co Wicklow, a 12-acre non-residential holding at Newcastle, was sold at auction for £210,000 through Clarke Auctioneers.
In Roundwood, Co Wicklow, the same agent fetched £61,000 at auction for a 3.5-acre site at Tomdarragh.
Raymond Potterton secured £830,000 at auction for Oakstown House, Dunshaughlin, Co Meath, on 86 acres, including a 62,205 gallon milk quota.

Sherry FitzGerald McMahon sold traditional-style Riverstown Cottage, the ruins of Riverstown House, and lands extending to 30 acres at Corofin, Co Clare in lots. Lot 1 was sold for £92,000, Lot 2 made £73,000 while Lots 3 and 4 were withdrawn and sold later for over £20,000 and £21,000 respectively.
Also in Co Clare, Radhairc, a seven-bedroom house on 0.5 acres was withdrawn by Paddy Browne, quoting £300,000.

The Anglers Rest public house at Strawberry Beds, Dublin 15, was withdrawn at £1.3 million by John Younge.
In Co Cork, The Shanakee public house at Market Street, Kinsale, was sold prior to auction by joint agents Cohalan Downing and Morrisseys.
Joint agents, Cohalan Downing and Brian O Leary sold The Star Bar pub in Rathmore, Co Kerry, at auction for £427,000.
