The Ross McParland agency had a successful weekend of house sales at Cabinteely and Lucan. All 69 apartments at Druid Valley in Cabinteely were sold off the plans at a total value of £12.5 million. Two-bedroom apartments with 660 sq ft made from £149,950 to £155,000, while three-bedroom duplex homes made between £180,000 and £185,000.

In Lucan, the agency took booking for 45 new houses being developed at Haydens Park by Kingscroft Development.
