Angel Paris, a sister company of Barry and Sons' Japan fashion chain, has leased a former Guinness building at Patrick Street, Cork, at a rent of £90,000 per annum. The 3,000 sq ft of space in the building includes about 1,200 sq ft on the ground floor level.

Stephen Murray of Jones Lang Wootton says the rent equates to £130 per sq ft for Zone A, the highest level achieved in Patrick Street. College Properties advised Angel Paris.
