Dublin 11: from €240,000: Forty one, two and three-bedroom apartments go on sale this weekend at Premier Square, a development by Woodgreen Builders near Finglas in Dublin 11.
Hooke & MacDonald will be taking bookings at showunits on the site, which will open for viewing on Saturday and Sunday next.
Prices are from €240,000 for one-bedroom units of 47 sq m (505 sq ft). Two-bedroom apartments of 70 sq m (750 sq ft) start at €292,000. Three-bedroom apartments with 98 sq m (1,055 sq ft) of living space cost from €350,000. The prices include car-parking, although many residents prefer to cycle or bus the short distance to the city.
Because of its location, this L-shaped development has proved popular with first-time buyers and downsizers alike with 288 units sold to date. The design by McCrossan O'Rourke Manning includes a number of features to appeal, including secure underground car-parking, large picture windows and good-sized balconies.
The blocks are arranged in a series of levels along the main road, allowing upper floors in each block to have good city views. Landscaped courtyards have been laid out between blocks.
