The first phase of Palmerstown Square, a new development of apartments at Palmerstown Park, Dublin 20, is being launched off the plans this week though agents Hooke and MacDonald.

Prices range from £133,750 (€169,827) for one-beds, £145,500 (€184,747)) for two-beds and £175,000 (€222,204) for three-beds.

The development will comprise 46 one, two and three-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 430 to 775 sq ft.

The developers are Brian M Durkan & Company. The first apartments will be ready for occupation from early next year.

Hooke & MacDonald are releasing about half the units at this stage. Located just off Palmerstown Park, Palmerstown Square is only a few hundred yards from the nearby shopping centre and is convenient to all the local amenities of Palmerstown, Lucan and Chapelizod.

The one-bedroom apartments will have 430 sq ft, the two-bedroom units 620 sq ft and the three-bedroom apartment 775 sq ft.

Close to the M50, the development will be set in a mature residential area and laid out around landscaped garden areas.

Parking will be mainly underground but there will be a number of spaces available in a surface car-park.
