Irish Life Investment Managers and property developers John Lally and Bernard Duffy have sought planning permission to provide 24 apartments and an additional 3,500 sq ft of office space at the former First Active headquarters, Skehan House, at Booterstown, Co Dublin. It is planned to provide a new facade to the building and additional surface and underground car-parking. The apartments will have 38 parking spaces. The applicants paid nearly £16 million (€20.32m) last November for Skehan House.
