Sandyford: from €315,000 A new phase of apartments and townhouses at the innovative Aiken's Village development off the Kilgobbin Road in Sandyford is being launched this week with prices starting at €315,000.
Set in a wooded area in the foothills of the Dublin Mountains, Aiken's Village is a series of five enclosed groups of homes in what was once the residence of former Tánaiste Frank Aiken.
A Luas service from Sandyford to St Stephen's Green is due to open in June (journey time: 22 minutes) while the M50 is a short drive away.
