Kitchens will have quality fitted units and granite worktops. Castle Way is located close to Dublin Castle and just minutes from South Great George's Street, Grafton Street, St Stephen's Green. It has views over to St Patrick's Cathedral and the castle.

The scheme forms part of a mixed-use development on the former Woodchester site. When completed it will comprise 77 apartments and penthouses, a retail area, office buildings and the new Radisson Hotel - the first Radisson in Dublin city centre. The hotel will include a designated conference area, spa and leisure centre.

Around the corner, the construction of the Dunnes Stores headquarters on South Great George's Street/Ship Street is nearing completion.

Parking spaces can be purchased for €45,000 at Castle Way. All units are due to be completed by Christmas, according to the agent.
