The site is situated off the Ballymun Road, close to the M50 interchange, which gives it easy access to Dublin Airport. The agents are to sell the site in one or two lots. One of the lots, with 3.2 acres, has planning permission for the hotel. The entire site could also be used for leisure, retail, industrial or for a residential development.
