Dublin 13: from €275,000Twenty-five apartments and duplexes go on sale today at Belmayne, near ClareHall shopping centre and opposite the new Hilton Hotel on the Malahide Road, Dublin 13.
With prices aimed at first-timers, the scheme was a big success when launched over a year ago. Smart showhouses designed by celebrity interior designer Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen and gardens by Dermot Gavin were a major talking point. Hooke & MacDonald is now taking bookings at the marketing suite on site for a mix of apartments and duplexes. Show units will also be on view.
One-beds with 45sq m (480sq ft) of space are priced from €275,000. Prices are the same as at the last launch in April.
Two-beds from 60sq m to 77sq m (645-825sq ft) cost from €315,000. The three-bedroom apartments and duplex units have between 82sq m and 122sq m (880-1,310sq ft) and are priced from €€365,000.
Finish at Belmayne includes a choice of three kitchens with integrated appliances, mirrored sliding wardrobes in all bedrooms, and satin chrome ironmongery on all internal doors.
Belmayne is off the Malahide Road in north Co Dublin, just north of ClareHall. The large scheme will cover 95 acres when complete and over 2,000 new homes are planned.
The facilities in the pipeline for the area include new parks, schools, offices, shops, cinemas, restaurants and cafés, libraries and community centres. A new Dart station, within walking distance of Belmayne, is almost complete and there are bus links to the Malahide Road QBC.
Nearby is Father Collins Park which is being redeveloped to include 17 playing pitches, children's play areas, a running track and boating lake.
Belmayne is developed by L M Developments and Stanley Holdings. The design is by McCrossan O'Rourke Manning and CPM Architects.
