In Mount Merrion, a six-bedroom detached house at 25 Greygates was withdrawn by Lisney, which is seeking £610,000 (€774,540).
A large detached four-bedroom house, Lacken, at Fey Yerra, Leopardstown Road, Foxrock, was sold at auction for £535,000 (€679,310) through Daphne L Kaye & Associates.
In Dalkey, a three-bedroom house at 2 Tubbermore Avenue was sold at a Lisney auction for £325,000 (€412,670).
Lisney fetched around £1.75 million (€2.22m) after auction for Kilbarron, a five-bedroom detached house on Otranto Place, Sandycove.
Still in Sandycove, a 2,600 sq ft site with outline planning permission for a house on Elton Park was sold at auction through Lisney for £315,000 (€399,970).
A four-bedroom detached house on 0.25 acres at 38 Silchester Road, Glenageary, was withdrawn at £600,000 (€761,840) by Sherry FitzGerald, which sold it later for a higher figure.
In Dublin 2, two large apartments at 11 & 14 Russell Court, 95/96 St Stephen's Green, were sold at auction by Hooke & MacDonald. Number 11 made £270,000 (€342,830) while Number 14 sold for £320,000 (€406,320)

In Sandymount, Lisney secured a strong price of £910,000 (€1.15m) at auction for a Regency cottage needing total refurbishment at 21 Park Avenue. The four-bedroom house stands on 0.38 acres of sheltered gardens. Five parties chased the property after bidding opened at £600,000 (€761,840) and the house was declared on the market at £800,000 (€1.01m).
A four-bedroom townhouse at 61 Haddington Road, Ballsbridge, was withdrawn at £440,000 (€558,680) by Pembroke McDonnell, which is quoting £595,000 (€755,490).
Off Merrion Road, 11 Merlyn Park - a five-bedroom semi-detached house called Hazelhurst - was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is seeking £950,000 (€1.2m).
Also in Ballsbridge, a mews site with planning permission for a detached house at 97 Anglesea Road was withdrawn by Lisney, which is quoting £775,000 (€984,050).
In Donnybrook, 32 Nutley Park, a four-bedroom semi-detached house, was sold under the hammer for £720,000 (€914,210) through Sherry FitzGerald.
