HOK Residential is seeking offers over £550,000 (€698,360) for 5 Carysfort Hall, Blackrock, a three-bedroom penthouse apartment, after it failed to sell at auction.

Still in Blackrock, 44 Avoca Park, a five-bedroom detached house, was withdrawn at £680,000 (€863,420) and is under negotiation through HOK Residential.

Lisney secured £530,000 (€672,960) at auction for 56 St Helen's Road, Booterstown, a four-bedroom semi-detached house.

A four-bedroom house at 6a Grotto Place, Booterstown was withdrawn and is under negotiation through Gunne Residential.

In Mount Merrion, a six-bedroom detached house at 25 Greygates was withdrawn by Lisney, which is seeking £610,000 (€774,540).

A large detached four-bedroom house, Lacken, at Fey Yerra, Leopardstown Road, Foxrock, was sold at auction for £535,000 (€679,310) through Daphne L Kaye & Associates.

In Dalkey, a three-bedroom house at 2 Tubbermore Avenue was sold at a Lisney auction for £325,000 (€412,670).

Lisney fetched around £1.75 million (€2.22m) after auction for Kilbarron, a five-bedroom detached house on Otranto Place, Sandycove.

Still in Sandycove, a 2,600 sq ft site with outline planning permission for a house on Elton Park was sold at auction through Lisney for £315,000 (€399,970).

A four-bedroom detached house on 0.25 acres at 38 Silchester Road, Glenageary, was withdrawn at £600,000 (€761,840) by Sherry FitzGerald, which sold it later for a higher figure.

In Dublin 2, two large apartments at 11 & 14 Russell Court, 95/96 St Stephen's Green, were sold at auction by Hooke & MacDonald. Number 11 made £270,000 (€342,830) while Number 14 sold for £320,000 (€406,320)

A four-bedroom detached house at 20 Chalet Gardens, Lucan, Co Dublin, was withdrawn at £345,000 (€438,060) and is under negotiation through Property Partners-KBA.

Dublin 2 and 4

In Sandymount, Lisney secured a strong price of £910,000 (€1.15m) at auction for a Regency cottage needing total refurbishment at 21 Park Avenue. The four-bedroom house stands on 0.38 acres of sheltered gardens. Five parties chased the property after bidding opened at £600,000 (€761,840) and the house was declared on the market at £800,000 (€1.01m).

A four-bedroom townhouse at 61 Haddington Road, Ballsbridge, was withdrawn at £440,000 (€558,680) by Pembroke McDonnell, which is quoting £595,000 (€755,490).

Off Merrion Road, 11 Merlyn Park - a five-bedroom semi-detached house called Hazelhurst - was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is seeking £950,000 (€1.2m).

Also in Ballsbridge, a mews site with planning permission for a detached house at 97 Anglesea Road was withdrawn by Lisney, which is quoting £775,000 (€984,050).

In Donnybrook, 32 Nutley Park, a four-bedroom semi-detached house, was sold under the hammer for £720,000 (€914,210) through Sherry FitzGerald.

Also in Donnybrook, a fourbedroom terraced house at 51 Belmont Avenue was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £550,000 (€698,360).

Dublin 6 and 8

Douglas Newman Good is seeking £635,000 (€806,280) for 2 Cranford, Terenure Road West, Dublin 6W, a five-bedroom detached house, following its withdrawal from auction.

On Terenure Road East, Number 38, a two-storey over garden level period house was withdrawn by Douglas Newman Good, which is seeking £660,000 (€838,030).

In Rathgar, Gunne Residential is seeking £280,000 (€355,530) for 2 Wesley Road, a three-bedroom terraced house, following its withdrawal from auction at £250,000 (€317,430).

Sherry FitzGerald is seeking £1.25 million (€1.59m) for 11 Winton Avenue, Rathgar, a four-bedroom villa-style house, following its withdrawal from auction at £1 million (€1.27m).

Also in Rathgar, 22 Rostrevor Road, a three-bedroom bungalow, was withdrawn by Douglas Newman Good - which is seeking £600,000 (€761,840).

In Ranelagh, a four-bedroom semi-detached house at 5 Cullenswood Gardens was withdrawn and sold later for over £400,000 (€507,900) by Ganly Walters.

A three-bedroom house at 32 Mount Pleasant Terrace, Ranelagh, was sold at auction for £225,000 (€285,690) through Lowe & Associates.

Off the South Circular Road in Dublin 8, a terraced house at 14 Dufferin Avenue was sold at auction for £280,000 (€355,530) through Lowe & Associates.

Dublin 14 and 16A

Four-bedroom semi-detached house at 18 Butterfield Drive, Rathfarnham, Dublin 14, was withdrawn at £500,000 (€634,870) by Lowe & Associates, which is seeking £550,000 (€698,360).

Also in Rathfarnham, a four-bedroom detached house at 18 Crannagh Road was sold after auction by Gunne Residential.

Sherry FitzGerald is seeking £1.27 million (€1.61m) for Gordonville, a five-bedroom detached house at Sydenham Villas, Dundrum, after it was withdrawn from auction.

North Dublin

In Sutton, Dublin 13, a four-bedroom detached house at 11 La Vista Avenue was withdrawn by Douglas Newman Good, which is seeking in the region of £625,000 (€793,590).

A four-bedroom semi-detached house at 14 Oulton Road, Clontarf, Dublin 3, was sold at a Sherry FitzGerald auction for £517,000 (€656,450).

Sherry FitzGerald is seeking £455,000 (€577,730) for a three-bedroom semi-detached house at 42 Iona Crescent, Glasnevin, Dublin 9, following its withdrawal from auction.

A three-bedroom semi-detached house at 8 Grace Park Terrace, Drumcondra, Dublin 9, was withdrawn by Lisney, which is seeking £270,000 (€342,830).

In Dublin 7, HOK Residential is seeking £340,000 (€431,710) for 34 Shandon Road, Phibsborough, a threebedroom detached house, after it failed to sell at auction.

A four-storey building with 13 rooms at 65 Blessington Street, Dublin 7, was withdrawn at £435,000 (€552,340) and is under negotiation through GWD.

The Aaronmore guest house at 1b & 1c Sandymount Avenue, Ballsbridge, was withdrawn at £1.75 million (€2.22m) and is under negotiation through Jackson-Stops.

A Georgian office building at 23 Ely Place, Dublin 2, was withdrawn at £1.1 million (€1.4m) by Turley & Associates, which is seeking £1.3 million (€1.65m).

Also in Dublin 2, an investment property at 15 Clanwilliam Square, Grand Canal Quay, was withdrawn at £1.25 million (€1.59m) by North & Co.

A residential/commercial property, O'Connors at Crettyard, Castlecomer, Co Kilkenny, was withdrawn at £140,000 (€177,760) and is under negotiation through Hogan-Campion.

In Waterford, a newsagency/ delicatessen called An Siopa Beag at Lombard Street was withdrawn at £300,000 (€380,920) and sold later for a higher figure through John Rohan.

In Mullingar, Co Westmeath, a 1.9-acre site at Annebrook, Pearse Street, was sold at auction for £1.48 million (€1.88m) by Hamilton Osborne King.
