In Co Kildare, a derelict cottage on 1 acre at Bishopscourt Lower, Straffan, was sold at auction for £155,000 (€195,460) through Colm McEvoy.
In Co Meath, Blackhall Little, Dunboyne, a four-bedroom house on 13 acres was withdrawn at auction and sold after in excess of the guide of £600,000 (€756,620) through JS Fox.
Again in Co Meath, the same agent sold a five-bedroom house prior to auction which is on 5 acres at Millridge, Brownstown, Kilcloon, for in excess of the guide of £650,000 (€819,672)
In Co Wicklow, a three-bedroom house with commercial potential at Main Street, Blessington was sold at auction for £290,000 (€365,699) through JP & M Doyle.
In Co Wexford, a three-bedroom farmhouse on 5.06 acres, Ballinclare Farmhouse, Ballycanew, Gorey, was withdrawn at £220,000 (€277,427) and now quoting £250,000 (€315,258) through Arthur Quinn.
Again in Co Wexford, a two-bedroom farmhouse on 5.3 acres at Killanne, Enniscorthy was sold at auction for £101,000 (€127,364) through Warren Estates.
And still in Co Wexford, the same agent sold at auction 9 acres of non-residential agricultural land at Killanne, Enniscorthy, for £72,000 (€90,794).
