An Bord Pleanala has overruled a decision by Dublin Corporation granting planning permission for a residential and warehouse development at Goldenbridge, Inchicore, Dublin 8. Goldenbridge Industrial Estate Management Association had objected to the planning permission granted to APT Developments for 13 three-bedroom townhouses, 21,000 sq ft of warehousing on two levels and the refurbishment and extension of Goldenbridge House to provide for seven apartments.
