Jones Lang LaSalle, which handled the letting, has also found tenants for three shop units at Ashleigh Centre, a new neighbourhood shopping centre in Castleknock village, Dublin 15. Wongs will have a first floor Chinese restaurant of 2,837 sq ft. Italian restaurant Trentuno is paying a rent of £50,000 for a unit of 1,867 sq ft; Sherry FitzGerald has agreed a rent of £28,500 for a retail office of 817 sq ft.
