The first new major commercial property agency to be established in Belfast in five years has just been announced. Campbell Cairns has been set up by local agents Jeremy Cairns and Ronan Campbell, both formerly of McCombe Pierce & Partners. Mr Cairns said the new company intends to build on both partners' experience in the market and to provide a wider than normal service from sales and lettings to development consultancy and investment advice. The firm's offices are at Franklin House, Brunswick Street, Belfast.
