Women's fashion retailer Japan has leased the former Clearvision shop at Stillorgan Shopping Centre, in Co Dublin. The multiple will be paying a rent of £62,000 for the 960 sq ft unit. The lease, which cost £80,000, was one of four recently bought in by the new owners of the centre. The others were Prescott Cleaners and Video Drome at a cost of £75,000 each. The Prescott unit has 1,200 sq ft, while Video Drome has 960 sq ft. Michael Harrington of Palmer McCormack, who acquired the leases for the landlords, is in negotiations to relet the two remaining shops. The lease of the former Bewley's coffee shop was also acquired by the landlords and relet to mobile phone operator Person to Person.
